The work of this project focuses on the noise of new cars and pollution emission quality of new diesel vehicles, the pollution of in-use vehicles and related laws and regulations, policy research and investigation, and the important conclusions are explained as follows: At the work such as new car inspection and quality consistency tracking, a total of 1,363 new model certifications were issued, 62 car manufacturers' new car random inspections and tracking inspections were carried out to check 1,743 defective quality control results, and a total of 20 car-times of noise real car inspections were completed, of which the ECU software version abnormality has been corrected for 2 vehicles, and the overall measurement results can meet the regulatory requirements. This plan completes a total of 2 types of in-use diesel vehicle recall investigation tests, and the test results meet emission standards; it also assists in 1 case of mandatory recall and 6 cases of voluntary recalls, correction tracking and monitoring, and maintenance of emissions quality and consumer rights.A total of 5 related meetings were held this year to explain the second phase control policy of the sixth phase of motor vehicle noise and the precautions for preparation of certification documents. , and exhaust quality control data reporting principles, while taking into account manufacturers’ opinions and EU practices, implementing quality control for a small number of vehicle models in the use phase, adjusting the sampling rate, and planning for subsequent amendments to the inclusion method.Through the communication compatibility investigation of 13 brands and 57 vehicle models, this plan selects an OBD diagnostic tool suitable for all vehicle models and establishes a real-vehicle OBD inspection program to provide Taiwan EPA
